Would you sell something if you could even though it says “not for retail sale” on it?

I have an item (a sample) that I know I can sell on ebay or craigs list. It says “not for retail sale” on it. Would you still sell it? Or would you be worried about doing so?
haha…..no its not prescription drugs - or drugs of any kind for that matter.

    People sell cosmetic samples all the time on ebay. If it’s a prescription sample however, it might be illegal!

    I do it all the time. Like the free samples you get from a Clinique bonus bag. I wouldn’t sweat it.

    yeah morally I guess you shouldnt but you could its not like the person is actually going to report you, just make sure that you list the item ok (decription;track list)

    I honestly think that the reason it says not for retail sale, is so that stores will not try to make a profit on an item.
    I would sale it on craigs list or on eBay though!
