Wine preservers know how difficult it is to preserve wine once the bottle has been opened. This is quite a problem. Keeping the bottle open allows air to enter and spoils the taste of the wine. Once it comes in free contact with air then it turns into vinegar. And of course, no one wants to discard a bottle of perfectly good wine just like that. The wine vacuum pump can be efficiently used here to protect the wine from turning into vinegar. The pump removes the air from the wine bottle and when you will reopen the bottle, the taste of the wine will not have changed.
