Modern bar and kitchen counters are high, reaching about 40". Builders are even producing much higher counters nowadays. This is so much trouble for new homeowners and for owner of business establishments like bars or pubs. They will surely need higher bar stools. For slightly taller bars and kitchen counters, the bar stools are ideal to use. If you're not ready to replace the old 30" bar stools, then you can always use them.
