CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND TELL THEM YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND AND DON’T NEED THE CAR

check the fine print on your contract with the dealership, but, i am sure there is a” no cancel” stipulation due to delay.

The contract would be normally legally binding and I am positive that they will try to hold you to it….but “possession” is as they say 3/4 of the law and you don’t have it due to this delay….I would ask them real and if they don’t cancel…..do to an Attorney and he will probably only charge you what $25 just to do a letter inquiring about the situation and hopefully try to avoid legal means to settle this….I am sure that they will concede and cancel the contract…….by the way…..tell your Insurance company not to issue any insurance on it and then they will be stuck if it goes that far…..they will without a doubt try the “hardball” route first so be ready with the “attorney” letter…..

You are bound by the contract you signed. If there is any ability to cancel because the other side isn’t living up to the conrtact, then cite that paragraph when you cancel.
